2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Provider (HotelKelebek) undertakes to provide professional services, based on correct information and analysis, within the limits of its expertise.
• The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate financial and operational information necessary for the provision of services. The Client is solely responsible for final investment and implementation decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. HotelKelebek does not offer guarantees regarding specific financial results obtained following the implementation of recommendations. We do not assume liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the client's business decisions. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

4. Financial Terms and Payment

Service fees are communicated individually and are due according to the terms established in the commercial offer/proposal. All prices are expressed in LEI and do not include VAT, if applicable. Specific refund or cancellation conditions will be stipulated in the individual contract signed with the client.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration through written notice, respecting the contractually established notice periods. HotelKelebek reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if the client violates these terms or fails to fulfill its financial obligations.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
